We are always accepting risk-free open deposits... (Except for November, of course :-)
Our community usually stays at a very high occupancy level... as such we allways advise prospective residents to leave a risk-free "open deposit" to be in line for what they're looking for... It's a $100 check that we won't cash until 48-hours after you've chosen your future apartment... it holds your place in line (and is usually the only way one can get into a one bedroom apartment around here).

Rent (in both phases) includes water, serwer, trash and expanded basic cable.
You pay electric, internet and phone. All units are unfurnished.
One bedroom/ one bath…… 733 Sq. Ft… $739.00 - None available.
Two bedrooms/two baths……. 966 Sq. Ft… $949.00 - Two are available! - See New Pic's! Two Bedroom Loft /1&3/4 baths... 1017 Sq.Ft... $969.00 - One's available now!
Stackable Washer & Dryer: $35/month (optional).
Phase I has hookups for Electric Stackable washer & dryer units, you may rent one of ours, or rent or buy your own unit. There is also a nice laundry facility near the office in phase I.
Lease Lengths: 6 through 14 months
Application fee: $25.00 for the first and $15.00 for additional adult applicants
Deposits: $75.00 non-refundable and $150.00 refundable
Pets: Cats: $100 Refundable / $100 Non-refundable ($200 total) & $10/monthly pet rent
Dogs: $400 Refundable / $100 Non-Refundable ($500 total) & $10/monthly pet rent
(No dogs over 20 Pounds, only one pet per apartment is allowed)
